You will be notified by Adorable Doll Clothes with a shipping date. In most cases you will be notified within 3 days of placing your order. If you would like to check the status of an order, click on the e-mail link below and send us a message with your name and order number.
Most orders are shipped within 48hrs (Mon-Fri). Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States. Orders shipped within the USA Only.
Shipments are sent from our Georgia doll store. Please plan ahead when placing your orders.
Express Shipping is not available for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses or internationally. Express Shipping orders within the USA should allow 1 day to process order and 2 days shipping. In some cases you order will only require 2 days to arrive, however, most require 3 days total.
Adorable Doll Clothes charges a special handling fee when addresses are not correct. You agree to pay this fee (which will be charged separately from your order) should you provide an incorrect shipping address.
Additional fees must be paid by Certified Check or Money order before your order will be reshipped. No personal checks are accepted.
If you wish to send us your order by mail, be sure to include your name, address, telephone number and the items you would like to order. Include your e-mail address if you would like to be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped. Please include Certified Check or Money Order for the total amount of the purchase including shipping. No personal checks are accepted. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

All orders to Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico or an APO/FPO address are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Light packages will be shipped at the special prices. Additional shipping charges may be required to send certain items/orders to these locations. If an additional shipping fee is required, you will be notified by e-mail within one business day with more information. We will proceed with your order upon your approval of additional costs required to ship your order to your location.
Currently, only orders originating in, or shipped to Georgia addresses are subject to our collection of 7% sales tax. Reporting and payment of Customs fees, Import fees, State, local, or other taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the merchandise buyer or user.
It is our goal to make sure you get what you want. Please take extra care in sizing. We have provided sizing charts where possible.
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled, and suitable for resale) may be returned for exchange or refund. Merchandise must be returned with all documentation in the original container. No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom, or clearance items.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. For all returns and exchanges, send an email to: info@adorabledollclothes.com.
Include your order number, name, phone number, and what you would like to exchange or return. Our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with the appropriate method for filling your needs. At that time we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Adorable Doll Clothes will not accept packages for return or exchange without the appropriate RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label.
Refunds for Cancelled, Returned or Refused Orders: A refund is given for the price of the merchandise, less actual shipping costs and a 6% processing / restocking fee.
Returns for Exchange: Items returned for exchange are subject to a shipping fee.
Please remember, merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be returned to you. You will then be charged for return shipment by the carrier. Please make things easy on everyone, send a detailed message regarding your return or exchange to: info@adorabledollclothes.com.
Adorable Doll Clothes is hosted by PayPal. Transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to PayPal! Our fulfillment department then obtains the orders using a secure interface.
Adorable Doll Clothes respects the privacy of all visitors and customers. We do not distribute or sell your e-mail address or other information to any other party. We only use the information gathered to fulfill your order and inform you of information we believe will be valuable to you.
If a party is determined to abuse this site in any way including: merchandise return policies, misuse of credit or instruments, abuse of infrastructure including e-mail spam or telephone spam, that party may be refused future services. Adorable Doll Clothes prosecutes all credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law, and cooperates with international law enforcement in the apprehension and prosecution of credit fraud.
The customer agrees that if any attempt is made by the ordering party to interfere with the rightful collection of funds from the credit card company or bank will cause substantial administration fees in collecting said amounts. A minimum additional fee of $75.00 will be charged for collection activities, in addition to applicable attorney's fees.
Adorable Doll Clothes reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, with or without cause, and reserves the right to prohibit or restrict access to the services to anyone at any time, with or without cause.
Clearance item orders are filled first come/first serve. Quantities are limited and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Products from this website may contain small parts which may not be suitable for children ages 3 years and younger.
If any action is brought forth to enforce contract, site use, including license to use or view site, or as a result of any transaction, or agreement, Georgia law will be the choice of jurisdiction and law for all parties.
